He is the guest lecturer for the Hong Kong Institute of Construction for the Construction Management / Advance Diploma course. Ar. Simon has been a speaker for various organizations such as the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, Hong Kong Architecture Center, Joint Publishing Ltd, Shenzhen Book City, Futan Library, Hong Kong Design Center - BODW, etc. He handled various Corporate training courses for the Insurance Authority, Hong Kong Police Force and China Mobile Ltd, etc.
